Change your mind within 14 days. Excellent and Good carry 12 months. Fair carries 6. The warranty page has the edges.

Find My and power come first. A locked or dead device stops at RM 0. Everything else is a line on the receipt, and you can hold the figure as store credit or book a hand-over.
Get a trade-in quote- Model and storage set the sample base.
- Screen, body, battery, and faults adjust it, each as its own line.
- Credit applies to a device. It is not paid out as cash, and anything above the device price stays with the desk.
Excellent, Good, and Fair
The grade is what you can see, plus a battery floor. A device that fails a check is not listed.
